ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ Cultural Fair Brings The World to Local Third-Graders

Early childhood education majors at ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ helped create a Cultural Fair for third-graders of ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ City Schools. The event, held in the ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ Roosevelt gymnasium, included stations and activities for students to learn about different countries and cultures such as learning a traditional Persian dance.

Third-graders also decorated paper cut outs to represent their own cultural backgrounds which were displayed at the event.

Students at ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ State partnered with students of ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ Roosevelt High School and members of the Multicultural Rough Rider Club in order to host the Cultural Fair.
